How does these balloons attach to the poloe........do they have the screw in base or do they have the snap in.....

Do the replaceable ones come with the black circle at the bottom that holds them up? We had a bad wind storm & they blew with those black circles, so need to replace those too.
Thank you for asking about our 17” Reusable Vinyl Replacement Balloons. All replacement balloons come with a ready to install feature to interchange colors on your balloon cluster pole at any time. The component you’re referring to is a separate piece that is attached to the cluster for the balloon to snap in to place. We’re sorry to hear about the weather conditions in your area and would be happy to assist you with getting the additional components for your Balloon Cluster pole. Are these balloons latex free
Hello, thanks for your question. All of our Reusable Balloons are made entirely of a durable vinyl material – so yes, they are latex free. And all of the Balloon Clusters, Pick Your Color Clusters and Single Pole Balloon options you see are compatible with these vinyl balloons. There are a couple of items under the Balloon Accessories section that include latex balloons, but on those items the word ‘latex’ will be clearly called out in the product name and details.
